Table-top roleplay games (TTRPGS) provide a unique opportunity to build characters, make decisions, collaborate, and explore values in a container that is much lower stakes than our-day-to-day world. We support participants in self-reflection and identity exploration, building resilience and flexibility, learning to collaborate and problem-solve, and increase social confidence.
